The Circle: Monthly Class Series

The classes will be ninety minutes long taught live via Zoom.

After each class, I will send out a link for the video replay as well as guided audios and a PDF guide that includes summaries of the content as well as process/ meditation.  

Here’s why I’m excited about this!

A sense of community and social support

  • Included is a Facebook group to ask questions and post discussions with like minded people…us weirdo’s need to look out for each other 😉
  • Everyone can also post favorite books, videos and resources as well in the Facebook Group.
  • For anyone who isn’t able to join live, you can post questions and also share experiences via the group if you would like.

The group helps to shape the classes

  • I will launch polls to choose the topic for next month’s class as well as other variables moving forward.
  • Once the topic has been chosen, you can then ask post within the group or send me an email with questions on that topic.
  • Subscribers can also share other areas that they would like to learn or challenges they may be facing and this can also help to shape future classes.
  • I can also ask about other factors like day of the week, date and class length to keep refining the series and make it work for everyone.

We are always breathing so whether we are breathing using healthy patterns or unhealthy ones, the effects accumulate quickly. Most people don’t understand the important role that carbon dioxide plays in the process of breathing and see it only as a waste product. When we over-breathe we become deficient in carbon dioxide which inhibits the movement of oxygen into our cells. This can inhibit our ability to produce energy and burn fat. I will be sharing how we can optimize our breathing to help with this and much more.

    • Using the concept of layering to integrate practices into daily life without needing to take extra time to do so
    • How to integrate into your life taking between 0 and 20 minutes per day depending on your goals

This will be a very experiential class where we will discuss a principle and then apply it by using guided imagery techniques/ meditations.
